We have begun our On-Site or Pick-Up and Delivery Service. For just $30 more, we will come to your home or business, diagnose and repair your computer there. Our well trained staff can fix up to 75% of computer problems Onsite in less than 2 hours (yes we are that good). Simply look at the testimonials of our recent customers.

If you are too busy, we can arrange our techs to come by, pick up your computer and drop it back off when repairs have been completed. In most cases, your computer can be repaired the same day. So, call us in the morning for pickup and your system will be dropped off to you the that evening.

Don't you just love it when you get a phone call from a company that fixed a problem for you asking if everything is still ok?!? WHAT..THAT NEVER HAPPENS!

At Hackers Ink, we believe in making sure that you stay well informed about computers, thier abilities, security issues and minor things like viruses. That is why after a few weeks, we will give you a call to make sure everything on your computer is still working properly (before our 30 day warranty expires) and then we will call you in 6 months.

Our six month follow-up call is designed to make sure things are still working and if we need to make an on-site appointment or have you bring your computer into us so that we can run a virus scan, check for heating issues or any other potential hazardous issues that you may no be aware of.
